Where the data comes from
The app uses public data from those NOAA climate services. El Niño creates its own charts, summaries, and explanations from that data.
Information only
Use El Niño for general climate information. It is not official guidance, an official declaration that El Niño or La Niña has begun, a forecast, a weather warning, an emergency alert, or advice about money, investing, insurance, farming, law, safety, flying, boating, or local weather.
